Return Policy
- Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if the product does not meet your expectations.
- Condition of Goods: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, roll-on organic bug juice cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Process for Returns
- Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at lifeisafryway@fryway11.ca. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Confirmation: Upon receiving your request, we will provide detailed instructions on where to send the returned goods.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspection: Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on its condition.
Refund Policy
- Approval of Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds or Exchanges: In cases where items are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund or exchange.
