Leah Deans, the owner of this establishment, started the business shortly after moving to the area in 2022. Since the inception of the business, Leah has been able to feed those living, and traveling through the Greenstone Municipality. 

Despite FryWay 11 being a stationary food truck, Leah saw the potential for growth, and has since grown the FryWay 11 brand by purchasing a mobile unit in early 2023, with four events booked for 2024. FryWay 11 also put in a bid, and was awarded the winter 2023 contract to operate out of the Township of Nipigon’s Community Center, where they fed hockey families from near and far over the winter months, and she anticipates being back in October 2024, additionally, the expansion continued as Leah and her team now offer catering, and in January of 2024 the FryWay 11 team successfully catered for the Thunder Bay District Annual General Meeting with more contracts to come in 2024.
