The FryWay 11 Mobile Unit is a custom trailer equipped with a large BBQ, (2) heating elements, and a dual portable deep fryer.
The FryWay 11 Mobile Unit could feed between (500 – 1000) people per day while quantities last.
The FryWay 11 Mobile Unit is not limited to a specific food type, in 2023 we provided Burgers, Hotdogs, mild and spicy Sausages, French Fries, and Corn On The Cob. NEW for 2024, the FryWay 11 Mobile Unit will be offering our FAMOUS Poutine and more!!!

Our Canteen
Fueling Hockey Families with Freshness, Straight from Our Kitchen!
The FryWay 11 Canteen is seasonal, our team will put in another proposal to serve the Township of Nipigon population in the fall of 2024. If successful we will open our window for October 1, 2024
The FryWay 11 Canteen is located inside the Township of Nipigon Community Center
The FryWay 11 Canteen is open to the public during hours of operation, hours of operation will be scheduled around the winter 2024 community center hockey schedule
